9 Injured After Deck at New Jersey Restaurant Collapses

LOWER TOWNSHIP, N.J. —? Nine people are being treated for minor injuries after a deck collapsed at a busy restaurant in Cape May, New Jersey.
And it’s not clear how many people were in the restaurant when the collapse occurred late this afternoon. State police dive teams entered the water near the wreckage, to search the area and ensure that no victims were trapped. Authorities say it appears that all patrons and staff have been accounted for.
Authorities haven’t determined what caused the collapse.
The Crab House restaurant is located at the foot of the Cape May drawbridge.
